Meet the residents

Every one has a name,
a story, and a home.

Behind every animal here is a rescue and a second chance. Get to know them — then feed them, photograph them, or become their personal guardian.

What you can do together

Feed them

Hand-feed hay and treats we provide — the surest way to make a furry friend for life.

Take photos

Golden fields, baby goats and happy faces — bring your camera or book a full session.

Brush & cuddle

Slow down, give a scratch behind the ears, and let a gentle giant lean right into you.

Hear their stories

Walk the pastures with us and learn how each one was rescued — and who they are now.

Good questions

About our animals

Curious about a resident or how sponsorship works? Here are the things people ask us most.

Can I sponsor a specific animal?

Absolutely. Choose a favourite and your monthly gift goes toward their hay, hoof care and vet bills. You’ll get updates and photos of the friend you’re supporting.

Where do the animals come from?

From slaughter trucks, neglect cases, abandonment and surrenders. Every resident arrived with a story — and a promise that they’ll never need a new home again.

Are they friendly? Can I meet them?

Most are wonderfully social and love a visit. Come by appointment on the Visit page and meet them calmly, by name.

Can I adopt one to take home?

We’re a forever sanctuary, so our animals stay with us for life. The best way to “take one home” is to sponsor them — you become their guardian from anywhere.

How are they cared for in winter?

Heated barns, deep bedding, extra feed and round-the-clock checks. Winter is our most expensive season — sponsorships and donations keep everyone warm.
